Prices
Writen quotes are valid for four weeks from date of issue. However, we reserve the right to amend prices and/or specifications without prior notice.
Sizes
All sizes are approximate 'to fit' sizes and are given as a general guideline only.
Deliveries
Delivery dates are to be discussed and confirmed with each customer. The Company shall not be liable for failure to deliver by such date or for any damage or loss arising directly out of any delay in delivery.
Returns
We reserve the right to make a handling charge for exchange or return of goods, which have been correctly supplied. Any faulty goods must be notified within 7 days from receipt of order.
Overdue Accounts
Payment is due within 14 days from receipt of invoice. If payment is delayed the company reserves the right to charge interest on money outstanding. Any warranties or guarantees are void where payment is made outside the 14 day period.
Origination and Designs
Embroidery originations and discs prepared by Mundi Clothing Company are subject to copyright and remain the intellectual property of the company whether charged or not.
Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Mundi Clothing Company until full payment has been received.
